ItsMyAdda sells no physical goods, so nothing is shipped or couriered. Everything you pay for on ItsMyAdda is a digital service, delivered in the app.

When you receive what you paid for
- Wallet money: at once, as soon as the payment is confirmed.
- Booking requests: sent to the worker at once; you see their reply in the app.
- A worker's phone number: shown at once after the call fee.
- Worker packages and day passes: the online days are added to your account at once.

The work itself
The work is done by the worker at the address, date and time agreed in the booking. You can follow each booking in the app from request to completion.
